Batch it up for weekend parties or keep it on hand for sipping on warm summer evenings. Either way, this recipe is simple & delicious.
What you need:
1 bottle of your favorite tempranillo wine (750ML)
3-4 sweet oranges
3-4 ripe stone fruits (think plums, peaches, apricots — use all the same or mix it up)
1 bottle SLingshot concentrate
dense, filtered water ice cubes
1 large pitcher or container that can hold all liquid & fruit
Clear glasses (so you can see that beautiful color)
what to do:
+cut chunks of each fruit, leaving at least 1/2 orange that can be used to slice glass garnishes. Wrap orange and stick it in the fridge.
+combine fruit chunks, entire bottle of wine and entire bottle of Slingshot into a large pitcher or container and let infuse for 12-24 hours at room temperature. Give it a few stirs during that time.
+Make ice cubes
+When ready to serve, cut leftover orange into slices for glass garnishes.
+Grab a glass, add a few ice cubes, pour yourself and your friends a cocktail, and enjoy.
